What is blockchain?A blockchain is “a distributed database that maintains a continuously growing list of ordered records, called blocks.” These blocks “are linked using cryptography. Each block contains a cryptographic hash of the previous block, a timestamp, and transaction data.

In the same way mobile money launched in Africa first (mPesa first, then 7 years of development before CashApp/GooglePay/ApplePay followed) blockchain at the moment is leapfrogging development cycles of the West and transforming agriculture, governments, digital identity and so much more!
